General Information

If you have any questions about OVERSEAS ORDERS please contact us before you order. The easiest way is to contact us.

International orders are generally received in less than 21 days from the despatch date, although this is NOT guaranteed and some packages may take longer to arrive. Please note for international orders all prices are stated in Australian Dollars ($ AUD) and will be accompanied with a commercial invoice.

Items are despatched using our international freight service carrier - FedEx and has tracking/ bar code numbers (click on our Fast Track icon for immediate tracking of delivery or you can log on to FedEx website). That way you can see where your order is anytime you wish! If you would like a different service, please contact us and we will quote you a price for the service.

Any problems we can also supply you with our freight service carrier details and tracking code but you will have to take the matter up with them.

Shipping guidelines

Delivery times are normally under 21 days for international shipping. US Government has placed extra measures in monitoring parcels coming in and out of United States due to global terrorism issues and these extra measures may prolong delivery time for overseas countries mainly in clearing customs, delivery time may take an extra 1-2 weeks.

All orders are shipped complete unless instructions to back order or cancel back orders are received at the time the order is placed. We will follow up on any order approaching the scheduled due date that will not be able to ship complete. Please let us know if your order is time-sensitive so we can schedule an appropriate ship date.

Reply within 10 days

After you place your order, we will confirm your order and shipping costs via email. All applicable shipping charges will be added to your merchandise total. You must email us back with your approval of the quoted price and shipping/handling charges within 10 days or the order will be cancelled.

Payments will be required in advance of despatch. Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard or Amex or by telegraphic transfer of funds to our account.

Customs - tariffs, taxes, duties, fees

Wizid IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES, TAXES, OR OTHER FEES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY CUSTOMS WHEN YOUR PACKAGE REACHES YOUR COUNTRY.

Wizid is unable to provide you with information about duties, taxes, or other fees that may originate in your country. By placing an order with Wizid, you agree to accept any and all charges that may be in addition to regular shipping costs. Once the package leaves Australia, the package is your responsibility to make claim.

For our mutual protection, all packages are insured for the exact value of your order. We will NOT tell a shipping company that the value of the package is less than it actually is, or state "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE". Please do not request us to ship or mark them any other way. Check with your local authorities ('No commercial value' only relates to issuing of samples in a quantity of less than ten wristbands).

Check with your local authorities

As the buyer you become the importer of record and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are abiding by all local and international laws pertaining to importing and possessing anything you order from Wizid. No responsibility by Wizid will be taken for packages confiscated by customs outside Australia.

Out-of-stock items

If a product is out of stock, it usually takes 1-3 weeks to receive it. If you need something faster, please call and inquire whether the item is available for an expedited drop ship.

Shortage/damage

Please unpack your order and report any shortage or damage immediately. We cannot be responsible for damaged shipments not reported within 10 business days of delivery. If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and email or call us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim. Wizid is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company.

If for any reason you are not happy with our products, please contact us immediately.

We must receive written notification of your dissatisfaction within 10 days of Ship Date. Remember, our return policy does not apply to custom imprinted product except for reasons of defective manufacturing.

In any case of defect in product manufacture, you must return defective product and any un-used products to us included in that box or package. We cannot issue you credit if you do not send us examples of defect and any un-used product. If required, we will help replace products in a timely manner.
