Ship-to address changes
Change of address after order has been confirmed will be charged $10 (AUD) to reprint labels. If cartons have already been labelled add $1.00 (AUD)/carton.
Event dates
Unless specified, we reserve the right to select the best method of shipping, including overnight air service to meet the event date specified on your purchase order. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($ AUD). Bank service charges will apply on international orders. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Returned cheques
Are subject to a $50.00 (AUD) returned cheque fee, plus any legal or court fees. All returned cheques are subject to prosecution. Please do not embarrass yourself by trying to pass a bad cheque - We take this matter very seriously and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
Purchases using credit card
For first time purchases, your order can be secured with one of the following valid credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. By using a credit card for your purchase, you assert and represent that you are the authorised cardholder of the card, bound by the terms and conditions of the card issuer, with full authority to create a binding contract for the sale.
Credit card fraud
We assist in investigation of credit card fraud. Information on any transactions that are paid for by credit card, and are refused or reported stolen, may be forwarded to your local authorities or to Federal Authorities. We take purchasing by fraudulent means very seriously.
Item colours
The colour swatches visible on all Wizid product pages are meant to provide an approximation of colour of the item. Due to differences in monitors, web browsers, and computer operating systems, the colour of any particular item may vary from the colour represented on the detail page.
Product colours
Product colours can vary slightly from one production run to the next. PMS numbers listed are not always an exact match. Colour variations on imported items must be considered acceptable. If clarification of product is required, please request a free random sample.
Website product images
All imprinted merchandise shown on our website is for illustration purposes and does not imply endorsement and/or availability for sale to anyone other than the owner of the logo/design.
Non-fulfilment
We are not liable for non-fulfilment due to strikes, fires, weather or other causes beyond our control. All sales are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. We are not liable for consequential or special damages due to any delay.
International orders
Please check with your local customs officials regarding whether customs duties and taxes need to be paid upon delivery of your purchase.
You will be responsible for all duty payment and tax requirements.
No International orders will ship before we receive payment in full. We must receive payment before your order is shipped. We recommend paying for your order via Credit Card or Telegraphic Transfer/Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - a fast, easy way to pay!
Arrival times may vary from country to country. Please allow additional time for delivery. Express Delivery available in most locations Worldwide.
Repeat orders
Reorders must specify previous invoice #, date, PO#, style #, colour and imprint colour. Exact product colour as previous order cannot be guaranteed. Orders more than 3 years old will require a new printing plate charge and must be accompanied by new artwork.
Reorder set-up
$30 (AUD) reorder set-up charge aplies. Reorder artwork must remain EXACTLY the same. Do not specify re-order if there is a artwork or product change.
Un-imprinted orders
End quantity price - minimum $100 (AUD) order Un-imprinted goods are packed differently, and must be ordered in factory case-pack increments.
Cancellation or changes to orders
Will have a $50 (AUD) flat fee applied plus all costs incurred by factory up to notice of cancellation or change. This may include artwork, plate charges, inks and any production costs. All cancellations and any changes to an order must be submitted in writing.
Order quantities
Orders are generally shipped in exact case-pack quantities. Special packaging for special quantities other than case-pack will incur an additional $30 (AUD) charge. Not available on all products.
Shipping weights
These are approximate. Wizid is not responsible for the difference in actual freight vs. quoted estimates.
Export documentation
If export documentation is required to be prepared this will be provided free of charge.
