Using Australia Post
This option is available for packages under 2kg in weight and is mainly used for the despatch of requested samples. Most of our parcels are despatched on a express post - sign for service, if you are not available to take delivery you will need to collect the parcel from your local postal office. All items over 2kg will be required to be sent by a courier service no matter what class of post has been selected. Generally speaking, if you have not received your parcel within 5 working days it means Australia Post has attempted to deliver but no one was around to take delivery, here you need to contact them urgently and make arrangements to collect the parcel from your local postal depot, do not assume you were left a sorry you were out card - work to the 5 day rule detailed above.
Using our carriers
Wizid manages two freight-forwarding partners both domestically and internationally, from standard courier service through to freight and overseas shipping.
Currently Wizid's preferred couriers are Fast Track (Domestic -Aust).
All shipments can be tracked on-line with full proof of delivery also available.
If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and call us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim. We will help replace products in a timely manner.
Regular delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Please enter an address where the goods can be signed for, to guarantee delivery (i.e. work address). Wizid is not responsible for any delay caused by the courier company.
Same-day shipping
Same-day shipping is only available if you request Overnight or a 2-day service. Orders received before noon (EST) will be processed and additional charges will apply.
If you require urgent 'Zoom express' delivery, please contact us so we can get the order processed immediately. Only in-stock items are available for same-day shipment.
Delivery guidelines
All in-stock orders normally are despatched within 3 business days. Custom orders, back orders and drop-shipments from other manufacturers are shipped usually within 1-3 weeks.
All orders are delivered complete unless instructions to back order or cancel back orders are received at the time the order is placed. We will follow up on any order approaching the scheduled due date that will not be able to deliver complete. Please let us know if your order is time-sensitive so we can schedule an appropriate delivery date.
All orders are shipped using our preferred carriers unless otherwise specified. All shipments can be tracked on-line with full proof of delivery also available.
Please note if you are not in to sign for the package, the goods will be held for your collection at our courier's nearest parcel depot. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel from these premises within 5 - 7 days otherwise the package will be returned to sender. Items can be re-despatched but you will require making new arrangements with our office and additional return freight charges will be applied to your order.
We are unable to investigate any queries relating non-receipt of goods or any other query after five weeks has lapsed from your order date. Customers who have not received their orders must contact us after one week has expired from their order date, or before five weeks has lapsed.
Please be aware we DO NOT accept any responsibility what so ever on orders lost due to the fact a customer has submitted a wrong, incomplete, confusing or invalid delivery address, all such losses shall be borne by the customer alone. Parcels returned back to us by postal authorities or carriers due to a customer's failure to collect for whatever reason can be resent out again however additional charges will be applied to your order.
